All graduating students attending commencement ceremonies are required to reserve tickets for themselves and up to ten named guests. (Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket to attend.) These tickets are free of charge.

General Information

Diplomas

Diplomas are mailed to graduates by the university approximately three weeks following the commencement ceremonies. All questions or concerns regarding diplomas (i.e. name adjustments, mailing address, etc.) should be directed to the Office of Academic Records and Registrar. Individual schools do not handle anything related to diploma production or distribution. 

Eligibility

Students who complete their degree in December 2024, May 2025  or August 2025 are eligible to participate in the 2025 social work commencement ceremony.

This program is open to all eligible individuals. The USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work operated all of its programs and activities consistent with the University's Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited factor.
